I don’t know anything about TOON. The majority of the pieces I have found in Düsseldorf and Cologne since 2017, when he appeared on my radar. That is why I suppose him to be based there. The first pieces reminded me of cartoon characters combined with a kind of mashup technique and were already made in an unique handwriting. Nowadays the characters tend to a more cubistic style with different views of the subject pictured at the same time.
