I only know about one legal wall in Stuttgart Bad Cannstadt. Probably there are more spots but this definitely is the most important. It is situated below König-Karls-Brücke, 70372 Stuttgart (Bad Cannstatt). Take U1, U2, U11 or U14 into the direction of  Bad Cannstadt. Leave at Mercedesstraße. The wall is down the steps, below the bridge.
