Düsseldorf based artist Klaus Klinger is a pioneer of mural painting and the creative head behind FARBFIEBER e.V. which is a charity association that wants to stimulate with artistic means the meeting and communication of the people and in particular promotes the understanding among nations. Arisen from the Wandmalgruppe Düsseldorf, which painted in 1978 the first murals, Klaus Klinger & FARBFIEBER oganize projects between artists from different nations.

Klaus Klinger studied at art academy Düsseldorf. He was a master student of Gerhard Richter, who is supposed to be the most expensive living artist on the art market. He was involved in numerous art projects all over the world and gifted a lot of murals to Düsseldorf, which are landmarks for many of Düsseldorf districts.
