I don’t know that much about DUMPART except that it is an artist collective consisting of three people. They might be based in Düsseldorf. The first piece I have found in 2016 in Düsseldorf during the hot phase of the election campaign of US presidential. They are founded in 2016 and are in the streets since then with stickers and paste-ups. Their pieces often are very small but spectacular and made to polarize and to provoke. So they are very often removed or destroyed soon. You can be lucky to find them untouched.
