JR was born in 1983 and started his career as a graffiti writer in the streets of Paris. After he had found a camera in a train he began documenting his pieces and later he begun to place copies of his pictures at the walls of Paris. He now is a photographer and artist who  leaves large black-and-white photographic images in public locations.
