A Chinese weather balloon takes off and flies thousands of miles to the USA. Jet stream, not jet lag, all right.
Of course, I started calculating right away. According to my calculations, it should come down east of Bremen at the end of May. In the meantime, I keep an eye out for all kinds of balloons that I have spotted in my surroundings.
