I have to admit, I have a very splitted relationship with HoF Gladbeck. Its not that this HoF is hard to reach or that I don’t like what you can find there. Quite the reverse! Traffic connections between Gladbeck and Essen couldn’t be better and the local writer community frequenting it, leaves nothing to be desired. Remains the weather. Whenever I make plans for Schürenkamptunnel, no matter whether spontaneous or planned long in advance, the weather takes a turn for the worse – guaranteed. My last visit was no exception! So far, however, I’ve been compensated in the end.
