In a ranking, to find the best looking house in Bochum, Springerplatz 40 undoubtedly would be among the top 10. During Wright Festival 2018 the house had got a new face by SINERO and by Olli Rose & EIKE (TEAM FORCE & FIRE). This years Wright Festival brought an addition by RANDOM EXP & SEMOR. This last mural completes the part of the house facing Kriemhildstraße. More than enough free space left for the upcoming years.
