Since its birth 2013, Hafendampf, which is the top graffiti festival in our region, had to deal with various difficulties. In 2014 and 2015 it had to be outsourced to our halls of fame due to reconstruction works at the harbour site. Nevertheless, Hafendampf is an event with tradition, this year it would have been the 8th edition. So I was extremely sad, when I found out that Hafendampf had fallen victim to Corona (#FUCKCORONA).
And even in these hard times of Corona pandemic, the organizers of Hafendampf didn’t let the fun be spoiled. Quietly, hidden and without much fuss, in night and fog friends from near and far met friends, to do what they all together love, with the appropriate distance. And because the child needs a name – voilà – CORONA DAMPF – the main idea was to meet and see each other!
