Corona Virus actually paralyzes public life and it seems to be a wise behaviour, to follow the official recommendations and reduce social contacts to a minimum. I hate beeing locked up, and as there is nothing new to post here, I decided to dive my treasure box and have produced a number of older pictures from last years graffiti events in Velbert.

Run down houses are not welcome – nowhere. A lost place in the middle of a town is a public annoyance. The former department store Hertie, situated in Velbert’s shopping mile, is no exception. In August 2019 the building was designed by a number of local graffiti artists and artists from Essen, Dortmund, Hamburg and Kiel.
TASTIK

A few days later, the pedestrian tunnel in Velbert Am Berg, a dark and dusky place and hated by most of the pedestrians, was targeted by the writers, to make it more comfortable. In view of the results I suppose that the passers now use it with fun and no fear.

Schöner Post! Pass auf Dich auf und hoffentlich bis bald. Liebe Grüße aus dem Dorf.
