To write a recapitulation of the last Hafendampf weekend is difficult. The two days were filled with a lot of very emotional moments and it never has been that difficult to write a summary. A lot of writers are in the inventories of the jam. DEMON and THE TOP NOTCH were there all the time; who wonders, they are the organizers and they repeatedly provide a spectacular line up of artists. And to make it clear: its all a matter of making fun of anyone and they do it with a minimum of support. Financing is doubtfully again and again each year. To see JBCB, who make this long trip from Hamburg to Essen every year again, is always big fun. They always leave generous gifts. GBR have been on board from the very start too. And all those countless others, single or persistent offenders, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. It was a pleasure to meet you all, and will be much more pleasure to meet you again next year, at Hafendampf N°8.
