When Klaus Klinger opens his studio to the public, you do well not to hesitate; you’d better run and take a glimpse, especially if there is someting to celebrate like 40 years of street art in Düsseldorf. The first mural in Düsseldorf dates from 1987, the year when Farbfieber was founded and registered. This was to be celebrated and last Sunday, the Society of Greek Authors and Farbfieber e.V. organized a Greek night with music of the Greek band A.M.A., lectures and an exhibition of the newest works of Michael Kountouris, one of the most well-known Greek cartoonists. EU, refugee crisis and the overall political situation were thematized in the cartoons shown in the exhibition.
