Murals are great; huge and overwhelming. But for me it’s the tiny things, I love the most. They drive me on. During my walks, again and again, the moment of surprise, finding something unsuspected in the streets, no matter if it is in my hometown or somewhere else. The smaller the pieces, the harder to discover and the more the fun of discovery.
My latest walk in Düsseldorf was exciting by accident. Not hunting for street art, but looking for a birthday present, brought me to a gallery in Düsseldorf, at Trinkausstraße, where I found a surprising installation of Kai Uhle aka KILLER besides a birthday present.
